My new RAID6 storage system is now installed. The Broadberry JBOD 212S 120TB system is up and running. Giving me an extra 91TB of raid protected storage for completed archives. Along with current storage this means I should be able to save every cine film archive I create for at least two years in case any customer has a problem i.e. loses their files or damages a disc. This should future-proof my storage needs for a very long time. The recently installed 10GBe network system helps immensely while shifting these large files around between capture and editing systems.
